The Garden: An Extension of Your Home

The most beautiful "room" of our home is the front porch but
we've also added huge windows to every possible wall. The view
is spectacular and ever-changing.

Every morning opens to a different landscape.

I'm constantly inspired by God's beauty. No artist could really do
it justice. I'm satisfied to attract, observe and react (through my
artwork)!

 Tuscan Rose

Favorite but broken "Tuscan Rose" dishes, were the inspiration for a birdbath
fit for a colorful country garden berm...a serendipitous ending for the
 most-favored china.

 Indigo China Birdbath                                                                22"w x 26" h

The artist's broken family dishes (Blue Willow and transferware), were stored in a
cardboard box in the barn, with a fractured plate that had a motif (one that would
be just the right touch) for something beautiful, some day. One day she brought
them into her studio; and they simply came together.

Contact the artist to create a one-of-a-kind mosaic for you.                      sold

 Hummingbird Rest Stop

The chipped, antique transferware dishes seemed a perfect complement to
the old, rusty birdbath in the barn. With a tiny bit of glass for sparkle, the
combination is perfect. Use it for guest soaps in your guest bathroom.

Contact Marty to design one for you.            10" x 22"                              sold

 Rapunzel's Fairy-Tale Birdhouse

Rumpelstiltskin had hidden Rapunzel on the top floor, the reason she had to
grow her hair long enough for the prince to climb, and save her! Ouch!

Stained glass trees, flowering bushes and surrounding garden borders are
applied to wood, on all four sides of this sweet birdhouse. Vitreous glass tiles
look like spun sugar...the reason they were used as a childhood fairy-tale's
roof, windows and shutters. Signed and dated to appreciate in value...a
 wonderful future heirloom.

                                                                                           $300.00

Use inside or in protected area outside. Not to be used in wet or freezing
weather (there are several coats of sealer for protection, but do not immerse).
